Founder
Amy Musty founded ABC au pair with a strong belief in trust, integrity and genuine care for people. After 10.5 years of service in the United States Air Force and government work, she developed a deep commitment to helping others grow and create new opportunities in life. Her journey with the au pair program started when she became a host family herself. Seeing the personal growth, cultural exchange and life opportunities that came from this experience inspired her to help more young people experience the same journey. Today, Amy’s mission is to help young people from the Caribbean safely and confidently start their au pair journey in the United States, opening doors to new experiences, personal growth and future opportunities.
