ABC Au Pair ("ABC Au Pair", "we", "us" or "our") helps young adults from the Caribbean prepare for and take part in the U.S. Au Pair Program. • Technical data: when you visit our website, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, in order to deliver the website securely.

• Assess whether you meet the requirements of the au pair program
• Prepare your profile and support you through matching with a host family
• Guide you through the J-1 visa process and pre-departure preparation
• Support you before, during and after your au pair year

• Au pair sponsor organization: the U.S. au pair agency designated by the U.S. Department of State that sponsors your program and issues your visa documents.
• Host families: prospective host families who review your profile during the matching process.
• Government authorities: such as the U.S. Embassy or Consulate and the SEVIS system, as part of your visa application.
• Service providers: companies that help us operate, such as our website host (Vercel), our email providers (Resend and Microsoft) and messaging services such as WhatsApp. They may only use your information to provide their services to us.
• Legal requirements: where we are required to do so by law.

Because the au pair program takes place in the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and possibly other countries where our service providers operate. We only share your information as described in this policy.
